Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate to complete daily operations of the restaurant and conference, responsible for reception, ordering, serving, and checkout services. Support catering service needs during meetings, ensuring efficient and smooth service flow and timely handling of guest needs and feedback.
2. Execute hotel catering service standards and procedures, provide professional dining suggestions and product sales to guests, promote catering sales through proactive communication and recommendations, and enhance the guest dining experience; assist in meeting services, including venue setup, equipment debugging, and tea break arrangements, ensuring that meeting reception meets standards.
3. Inspect the environment and facilities of the restaurant and conference venues, maintain cleanliness and equipment integrity, implement hygiene and safety standards, and ensure that the dining and meeting environments meet hotel requirements.
4. Execute catering and meeting-related tasks assigned by superiors, flexibly respond to unexpected situations, and assist in achieving the overall goals of the catering department.
Job Requirements:
1. Healthy body, neat appearance;
2. Junior high school education or above, those with relevant work experience are preferred, those who have passed in-store and business skills training are also acceptable;
3. Diligent and hardworking, strong sense of service, good at teamwork, optimistic and positive, upholding the professional ethics of putting guests first.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on standard procedures, responsible for cleaning and tidying guest rooms and replenishing guest supplies to ensure the cleanliness and sufficiency of guest rooms.
2. Record work status and fill out guest room cleaning work reports based on actual operations.
3. Provide various services to guests according to service standards.
4. Timely handle equipment and item problems, check the guest rooms, and be responsible for checking and reporting on damage and loss of guest room equipment and items.
5. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
